On Friday, June 30, Drake posted a brief video of himself acting out a scene as Jimmy Brooks for his teen drama series, Degrassi: The Next Generation, on his Instagram Story. In the video, Drizzy can be seen pointing a fake gun with his fingers before raising his arms in the air. "If anyone got beef with Savage on tour this how I'm coming be warned," he playfully captioned the video.
There is no information on if 21 Savage has any tour-related disputes. The It's All a Blur Tour for the duo is currently going off without a hitch.
For those who may not be aware, Drake spent seven seasons as Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi: The Next Generation before quitting to focus on his rap career in 2008. When Jimmy became wheelchair-bound after being shot during a terrible school shooting, it was one of the show's most well-known episodes (see it below).
21 and Drizzy have been close pals for a while. In order to strengthen their artistic relationship, Drake offered 21 Savage an extravagant birthday present in 2016: a 2016 red Ferrari 488, which is estimated to be worth $275,000. But after the publication of their joint opus Her Loss in 2022, their friendship experienced a meteoric rise. What a wonderful pal!
