The South Florida Business Journal reported on Monday (Aug. 14) that Rick Ross had finally finalized the purchase of a posh $35 million property in Miami's affluent Star Island area.
At a whopping 9,700 square feet, the house has luxuries like a chef's kitchen, a separate breakfast area, a heated pool, a 40-foot boat dock with direct access to the beach, a custom stairway, and a living room that is larger than most apartments.
There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the house.
The breath taking residence was constructed in 1992, and the previous owner purchased it for $4 million back in 1999. Ross will now be neighbors with Diddy, who owns a residence on the prestigious property.
