Although Amanda Bynes' parents don't believe her recent psychotic episode warrants another conservatorship for her, that doesn't mean her incident didn't raise red flags.
According to a firsthand source with knowledge, TMZ… Lynn and Rick, Amanda's parents, are extremely worried about their daughter's health and well-being following her most recent incident, but another conservatorship isn't currently being considered.

Up until recently, Amanda appeared to be doing OK, living independently in her own home, pursuing cosmetology training, and Sunday's event seemed out of the ordinary.
According to reports, Amanda's parents also find solace in the fact that she was self-aware enough to realize she was in trouble, wave down a motorist for assistance, and dial 911 on her own.
According to TMZ, who broke the news, Amanda was put on a 5150 psychiatric hold after being seen roaming around downtown Los Angeles Sunday morning while nude.

A mental health team determined that a psych hold was required after she was brought to a neighboring police station. 5150 holds typically only last 72 hours, however they can be prolonged.
As you know, Amanda was in a conservatorship for almost a decade, starting back in 2013 while struggling with her mental health. The plug was pulled on her conservatorship a year ago
