NBA YoungBoy's new album, "Don't Try This At Home," seems to apply to everyone but him because he's hosting a large party in Los Angeles while he's at home in Utah under house arrest!
The event will take place on Thursday, April 20, and the NBA team will pay $200K to rent party space at Elevate Lounge DTLA, according to sources close to the rap star's camp, according to TMZ Hip Hop.
According to reports, Team NBA is going all out. 50 Cent's Branson Cognac is sponsoring, and there will be totally personalized decor, DJ Carisma's music, and a giveaway for fans. The winner gets to speak with NBA at the party via the webcast.
It might sound like a typical Hollywood gathering, but the host will be hundreds of miles away since he is under a long house arrest for a charge of gun possession.
For the album's most recent song, "WTF," which was released last Friday and has already received a few million views, NBA collaborated with Nicki Minaj.
The album will be released at midnight on that Friday while the party is in full flow, making it the most sought-after ticket in Utah and L.A.
