In circulating videos, Travis Scott can be heard becoming irritated with a person in the DJ booth and pushing them while yelling, "Back the f*** up." This was evidently done minutes before the alleged attack. Travis reportedly took control of the club's music and reportedly lost his cool when the level on his playlist was lowered, according to a witness.
11:03 AM PT — Travis was at Nebula to perform a surprise DJ set, according to his representative Ted Anastasiou, and they think the whole thing was made up as a way to perhaps make some money. Additionally, he claims that Scott and his team are actively collaborating with law enforcement to find a solution.
According to Mitchell Schuster, Travis' attorney, "We are actively working with the venue and law authorities to address and clear up the confusion, even though it is obvious that clickbait and false information have exaggerated this. We are sure that our client will be exonerated of all charges.
Club Nebula's managing partner, Richie Romero, claims: "This has been entirely exaggerated. It was a fantastic evening.
According to law enforcement sources, the accused victim, a sound engineer at Nebula, claimed Scott punched him in the left side of the face following an incident even though there were no obvious wounds. Travis allegedly then damaged a speaker and a video screen for about $12,000 before running away.
