The Houston Boss Hogg admits that he has no problem wearing discount clothing, even at clubs, and that this is how Slim Thug stays wealthy.
With more than a hint of homophobia, though, Slim offered his fans a tutorial as he reprimanded guys who frequent clubs wearing the same pricey designer attire.
He said in his post on Thursday that he keeps it playa for just pennies, and he demonstrated this claim by removing the price tags off his shirt and shorts, which showed that he paid less than $20 for each pair.
He also remarked that all those expensive outfits are made by gay designers, so it seems that cost isn't his sole concern. In essence, Slim believes that Gucci and Dior clothing make individuals appear gay.
It's difficult to listen to his financial advise given that he boasted about spending millions on jewelry to cover up his thrifty clothing choices.
According to ST, he's witnessed a lot of rappers blow their budgets on designer clothes. Well, we are certain that the clothing bill, not the bling, is the cause.
Many, however, found Slim's comment perplexing, especially in light of the fact that the rapper sells cargo pants for $75 on his own website!
