Shakira is going after Gerard Pique's new girlfriend and criticizing her for allegedly breaking the "female code" of courting.
In a recent interview with Mexican television network Canal Estrellas, the singer didn't hold back and dragged Clara Chia Marti, Gerard's 23-year-old GF, by stating there is a "special place in hell" for women who don't support one other.
She adds that she used to believe a man was necessary for her to feel fully complete, but that is no longer the case. She has also grown significantly more independent since their breakup a year ago.
She claims that in the past, she was constantly emotionally reliant on males, but that she is now "sufficient on my own."
You may be aware that Shakira and Gerard split up last year after she claims to have seen a jar of jam devoured while she was away.
Last month, Gerard and Clara made their relationship public on Instagram with a close-up photo that immediately racked up millions of likes.
The former soccer player also made it plain how they are related, telling streamer Ibai Llanos that she treats him like a puppet and chooses his outfits whenever they go shopping.
