According to TMZ Hip Hop, Quando Rondo will spend the first part of his Father's Day weekend in jail after being arrested on drug-related charges for his role in NBA YoungBoy's Never Broke Again.
According to Georgia booking records, Quando was detained on Friday and later charged with two counts of conspiring to break Georgia's controlled substance laws, one count of taking part in criminal activity connected to a street gang, and one count of using a cell phone illegally to facilitate a drug deal.
Together with 18 other people, he was charged with carrying out the narcotics trades between October 2022 and June 2023.
The "ABG" rapper allegedly told another defendant to haggle over marijuana prices before going to Macon, Georgia, to pay the vendor.
Online data indicate that Quando is currently incarcerated in the Chatham County jail. He sent a message to his family members just before entering, showing that he was aware of the impending doom.
We contacted his record company to ask whether they had any additional comments on the situation. So far, nothing except radio silence.
