Fans had long held the misconception that all three members of the Migos rap group were related, but Offset is now speaking out and denying any ties to Quavo and Takeoff.
In a recent interview with Variety, Offset stated that Quavo is, in fact, Takeoff's uncle. However, the long-held belief that Offset is Quavo's cousin is untrue.
Offset nevertheless has a close relationship with Takeoff and Quavo. When they were children in Georgia, Offset and Quavo were classmates, and in the sixth grade, Offset would hang out with Quavo and Takeoff.
