At an Atlanta park on Sunday, June 18, Takeoff's loved ones gathered to commemorate the rapper's upcoming 29th birthday. Quavo and Offset were both present, as shown in the video and pictures from the event. This is the first time they have been photographed together since Takeoff's passing, other from the burial.

Quavo and Offset may be seen conversing in one event photo, with Offset's arms crossed. They both have shirts on that feature Takeoff's visage. Several sky lanterns were let off during the celebration in honor of Takeoff. The erstwhile rhymers also posed for a group picture.
There have been rumors that Quavo and Offset haven't been getting along since Takeoff was fatally shot in Houston on November 1, 2022, at a private party he was attending with Quavo. According to reports from back in February, Quavo and Offset got into a fight backstage at the 2023 Grammys because Quavo wouldn't let Offset perform with him on his Takeoff tribute song "Without You." Later, Offset refuted the allegations. Fans believed Quavo was criticizing Offset's Takeoff tattoo in an Instagram picture he made in April. The two rappers appear to have now offered an olive branch, though.
