Jeopardy! has selected two permanent hosts after a protracted search that attracted numerous noteworthy applicants.
The 39th season of Jeopardy! will have permanent hosts Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings. Given how adored the late Alex Trebek was throughout his tenure on the well-known trivia show, they'll have big shoes to fill.
Since Bialik and Jennings served as the interim hosts for the previous season, this choice is not all that surprising.Initially, Mike Richards, the executive producer of Jeopardy!, was named as Alex Trebek's replacement in August 2021. Nevertheless, he resigned as a result of numerous controversies.
Keepers of Jeopardy, Bialik and Jennings, performed a fantastic job! afloat following Richards' resignation.
Bialik and Jennings are competent leaders despite not being the show's flashiest hosts. Making them the show's permanent hosts enables it to run smoothly.
On September 12, Jeopardy! will premiere brand-new episodes.
