A new footage shows the tumultuous situation that resulted when police lights were turned on in the middle of the night at the house that Las Vegas police raided in connection with the Tupac Shakur murder investigation.
Vegas Metro PD swooped on the tranquil Henderson, Nevada neighborhood around 10 PM, honed in on one house, and yelled for the occupants to come out with their hands up. TMZ was able to capture spectacular footage from this SWAT operation.
Through a loudspeaker, the officer could be heard in the footage ordering the woman to put down her cigarettes and comply with his orders.
At some point, he also begins to yell commands at a man, instructing him to turn around, raise his hands, and walk backward. It's unknown whether these 2 individuals were the only ones present, if they were taken into custody, or both.
Police were carrying out a search warrant as we had previously reported, but we are still unsure of their probable basis for doing so. However, while inside, they took images and hard drives from potential murder suspects, according to an ABC News investigation.
Owner of the property is Paula Clemons, who is wed to Keefe D, a former gang member.
He has long maintained that he was in the car when his nephew, Orlando Anderson, shot Pac to death in 1996 just off the Las Vegas Strip.
Whether Paula or Keefe are still residing at the Henderson home is uncertain. The couple, who neighbors claim they have seen in the residence, moved there in 2016 according to TMZ.
They have allegedly always been friendly, saying hello to people, and acting normally.
Police conducted a search at this address for around two hours, according to sources but as to whether they discovered anything that may bring the Tupac murder investigation to a conclusion remains a major open question.
