In a legal battle with Fayette County over his second annual auto show, Rick Ross claims that being refused a permit won't stop him from hosting the event for a large audience.
The hip hop entrepreneur assures us that the auto show will proceed as scheduled on June 3 at his Promised Land home in Fayetteville, Georgia, and he has enlisted the assistance of some event planning professionals to ensure his neighbors can rest comfortable.
The vehicle show is not in line with the county's zoning regulations, according to Fayette County, which also noted that last year's display—which Rick considers to have been a big success—took place without County clearance.

Nevertheless, Rick is moving at full-speed and comparing the situation to a front yard barbecue with about 7,000 guests! Although some neighbors have now voiced their worries, he claims he didn't receive any complaints following the event last year.
Rick listed all the ways his car show is a veritable money maker for Fayette County and its companies, in case you were wondering if this was just the County trying to get a piece of Rick's financial pie.
BTW, Rick announced he's exploring a run for mayor of Fayetteville after the whole permit roadblock came up, and he breaks down why he'd be the perfect candidate.
