Ryan McKenna, who was formerly well-known for taking a photo with Justin Timberlake at the Super Bowl, is accused of hitting a police officer while being arrested for allegedly being intoxicated, but new footage shows police throwing him to the ground forcefully.
In the video, which TMZ obtained, 18-year-old Ryan is surrounded by several police officers as they work to apprehend him; they are having difficulty getting his arms behind his back.

You can see one of the deputies take him by the leg and flip him down on a concrete floor when the attempts to cuff him fail. Ryan didn't put his arms behind his back after the violent takedown; instead, he kept them tucked to his chest.

Law authorities was summoned to a CPK in Naples, Florida on the eve of this year's Super Bowl for a report of a man who was intoxicated and punching his friend, as first reported by TMZ.

Police claim that during a confrontation with a 15-year-old boy, Ryan aggressively shoved the child's table and began yelling insults at the boy's girlfriend.

According to their report, the officers applied pressure to Ryan's chest to help him calm down, but they later say that he yanked them off. The footage appears to start when deputies made an attempt to arrest Ryan at that point.

According to police, Ryan was arrested and jailed for two misdemeanors — resisting arrest and obstructing an officer — as well as felony violence on a law enforcement officer.

By the way, Ryan's mother Tracy assured us that her son wasn't intoxicated when the incident occurred and that instead, he was only playing with his buddies and attempting to be humorous by pushing the table.
