Angelina Jolie has been accused of attempting to harm Brad Pitt by selling her part in his French vineyard to a "Russian oligarch" with "poisonous intents."

In a new court document, the 58-year-old 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood' actor also claims there is a plot to grab total control of his multi-million dollar wine passion project.

Angelina Jolie, 47, sold half of the thriving Château Miraval winery to a corporation managed by Yuri Shefler, 54, who owns the company that makes the rebranded Stolichnaya Russian vodka.Brad's lawsuit against the seller began in February.

DailyMail.com received legal documents filed on June 3 that say "the Stoli brand is now a significant international liability" due to Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine.

Stolichnaya has been the target of boycotts all around the world as a result of Shefler's "desperate attempts to dissociate himself from the Putin dictatorship."

"The US Treasury Department labeled Shefler as a 'oligarch in the Russian Federation' in an unclassified report to Congress submitted pursuant to the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act of 2017," according to papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Brad and Angelina, dubbed Brangelina before their breakup, purchased the winery in Correns, southeastern France, in 2008, and the estate was valued at $164 million when they divorced.

According to court documents, the South of France château where the couple married in 2014 became Brad's "passion" and under his direction has become one of the world's most renowned producers of rosé wine.

Angelina "purported to sell her interest to Tenute del Mondo, a hostile third-party competitor focused on taking control of Miraval" in October 2021, according to the documents. They further claim that the 'Maleficent' actress was motivated by a desire to "inflict harm on Pitt" when she agreed to the agreement.

Shefler is accused in the press of jeopardizing the "carefully cultivated reputation of the brand Pitt."

"All of this is the direct outcome of Jolie's unlawful and tortious actions," they continue. Jolie has attempted to push Pitt into a partnership with a stranger, and worse yet, a stranger with poisonous associations and goals, in violation of the parties' agreement."

The matter is further complicated by a tangle of legal wrangling concerning Angelina's stake amount.

According to the media, Brad and Angelina bought the château as a residence for their six children as well as a winery to manage as a family company.

Miraval Rosé 2012, the joint venture's debut wine, sold out the first 6,000 bottles online within five hours of its introduction.Brad and Angelina Jolie have six children: Maddox Chivan, Maddox Chivan, Maddox Chivan, Maddox Chivan, Maddox Chivan, Maddox Chi Pax Thien, Pax Jolie-Pitt, Pax Jolie-Pitt, Pax Jolie-Pitt Jolie-Pitt has three children: Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt, 17, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 16, and twins Knox Léon and Angelina Jolie-Pitt. Jolie-Pitt and her 13-year-old daughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, were immersed in a heated custody dispute over their children.

Despite Brad's 50/50 custody victory right before Angelina decided to sell her Marival investment, he was eventually stripped of joint parental responsibility, and his plea to review the verdict was refused in October 2021.

Following the invasion of Ukraine, Shefler publicly chastised Putin's leadership and said he had been exiled from his motherland.

Because of Putin's assault on Ukraine, which has killed at least 14,000 people, the entrepreneur announced that the name of his Stolichnaya vodka would be changed to Stoli.

In the lawsuit, Brad accuses Angelina Jolie, Shefler, Oliynik, SPI Group, and Tenute del Mundo of two counts of breach of contract, breach of good faith, and tortious interference with contractual relations.
